Explosive Mechanics

Explosive Mechanics has over 17 years of proven results.   Football players must endure training in season and during off season.  The foundation of a training program for football is strength.  Explosive builds a strength program around each athlete to increase their power and explosiveness while increasing speed and jumping ability.  An athlete's 10, 20, and 40 yd. as well as vertical and broad jump are measured each month to gain perspective on the athlete's training program.  Changes are made to the program to continue growth so an athlete can achieve their fullest potential.
